If you do not have or remember your password to log into this system, you can click on 'Login' at the top right, and then 'Forgot Password'. The system will then prompt you for your email address that is on file with Dixie Internet. If the system finds a matching email address, it will send a password reset link to that email address.
If the email address we have on file is an old one, or one that is no longer valid for you, then you can simply click on 'Contact Us' and let us know your correct email address. We will change it in the system and let you know, so you can set your password.
